In our online store we have four different payment methods that you can use to make your purchase:
ATM Reference
After selecting this payment method at check-out, you will be directed to a new page on the Ativo website which will show you the payment details, namely Entity, Reference and Amount.
The payment details are valid for 72 hours and the payment is validated automatically, with no need to send proof of payment.
As soon as the payment has been validated by Ativo, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you have not yet made the payment and wish to change to another method, you can do so in your order, in your personal area, if you are a registered customer.
Visa/ Mastercard Credit Card
When you proceed with this payment method you will be directed to a secure payment page via our partner payment service provider - HiPay.
You must select the Visa or Mastercard payment method and enter your card details, namely: Name, Surname, Expiry Date and CVV Code (last three digits on the back of your card).
On completion, a payment authorisation will be issued which may result in a temporary hold being placed on your account. Once your order has been processed, Ativo will collect the amount and charge it to the order.
Secure payments

MB Way
After selecting this payment method, you must enter the mobile phone number associated with your MB Way and finalise the order. You will receive a notification on your mobile phone to validate the payment in the application. This authorisation is valid for 5 minutes.
Paypal
After selecting this payment method, you will be directed to the Paypal page where you will have to link the account you want to use to pay for the order. A payment authorisation will be issued which will temporarily hold the value of the order in your account.
Once Ativo has processed your order, the respective amount will be charged.
